Andrii is an accomplished logistics and transformation project manager with over 15 years of experience in the metallurgical and heavy industrial sector. He has a strong track record in external logistics management, supply chain optimization, financing coordination, and large-scale transformation projects across Ukraine and the EU. Throughout his career he successfully managed complex logistics operations involving rail, road, multimodal, and sea transport.

- At Liberty Ostrava / NOVÁ HUŤ, attracted and managed over €8 million in external financing for tooling operations, enabling uninterrupted production and delivery of ~15,000 tons of finished products in 2025 with 100% payment discipline.
- As Head of External Logistics at Liberty Ostrava, reduced wagon demurrage costs by nearly USD 1.5 million and achieved over €300,000 savings through optimized wagon leasing.
- At ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih, delivered over USD 10 million in logistics cost savings in a single year through contractor negotiations and process optimization.
