I am a certified auditor and energy manager with over 15 years of experience in energy efficiency, climate policy, and sustainable development across municipal, industrial, and residential sectors in Ukraine and Switzerland.
- Expert in municipal energy efficiency planning, management, monitoring, and evaluation, including work based on European Energy Award criteria and Covenant of Mayors requirements, as well as conducting energy audits and implementing demonstration projects for sustainable urban development.
- Expert in interdisciplinary approaches for energy efficiency and climate projects in developing countries, integrating technical assessments, development of financial mechanisms, policy frameworks, stakeholder engagement, and institutional capacity building for municipal energy management systems.
